1. Introduction
This policy describes the use of cookies, browser storage and technical services on this website. The application does not set its own cookies or use persistent local or session storage to remember your preferences or the content of the form.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file sent along with the pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The stored information may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the appropriate third parties during a subsequent visit.
3. What are scripts?
A script is a piece of program code used to make our website function properly and interactively. This code runs on our server or on your device.
4. What is a web beacon?
A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or an image on a website used to monitor traffic on a website. To do this, various data about you is stored using these web beacons.
5. Use of cookies and storage on this website
The code of this application does not install preference, statistics or advertising cookies or incorporate advertising beacons or browsing analytics tools. The initial language selection uses the preference communicated by the browser; it is not stored in an application cookie.
The data you enter in the form is held in memory while you use the page and is not saved by the application in the browser's local or session storage. Submission and duplicate controls use server memory, not browser cookies.
This description concerns the application code. The actual inventory of possible technical hosting cookies and the monitoring configuration of the published environment remain to be checked; cookies from the previous website or browser extensions are not attributed to this website.
6. Technical services and external links
- Microsoft Azure: website hosting and image storage. The infrastructure provides for monitoring with Application Insights and Log Analytics; their actual activation and scope remain to be checked. The application generates technical logs of form operations.
- SendGrid: sending form enquiries by email when the service is available. Messages disable open, click, subscription and the provider's Google tracking. Sending does not incorporate a form tracking cookie.
- Images from the corporate domain and Azure Storage: they are served through the website's image system. They do not in themselves constitute a browsing analytics integration.
- External links, including Google Maps and LinkedIn: you access those websites by following the link. The website does not embed a Google map or a LinkedIn social plugin. The destination websites apply their own policies.
7. Preferences and consent
The application does not display a cookie acceptance window or a statistics or advertising category manager. The form's Privacy Policy checkbox concerns the submission of your enquiry; it is not a cookie control.
8. Enabling/disabling and deleting cookies
You can use your internet browser to delete cookies automatically or manually. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed. Another option is to change your internet browser settings so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more information about these options, consult the instructions in your browser's “Help” section.
